Digital Products

All products sold by Queen Industries are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped to your address.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to download their purchased files through the platform where the purchase was made (such as Shopify, Etsy, or other approved sales channels).

Digital products are typically delivered instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment processing or technical issues.

Physical Products

At this time, Queen Industries does not sell or ship physical products unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
